There was little to no wait time. All the staff had excellent customer service. All of my questions and concerns were addressed which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. This was my first visit and I was very impressed

Like many people, going to the dentist can be a bit intimidating. Even though I hadn’t been able to go for two years due to personal reasons, I knew it was time to make an appointment. I’ve been with this office for over 10 years, but some past visits and staff changes made me question whether I should return or try somewhere new. I’m so glad I decided to continue with this office. My new dentist, Dr. Monica, was amazing. She took the time to really focus on my needs, and my experience with her was the best I’ve ever had. She explained everything thoroughly and never felt pushy about services. Her assistant, Nelly, was also very professional, kind, and attentive. Cassie, my hygienist, was great as well quick and very efficient. I’m really glad I chose to stay, and I now have a fantastic team that I look forward to seeing in the future.

Had an overall amazing experience in which Alexis played a big part in that. She was so welcoming from the start and showed nothing but kindness throughout my time there and made me feel at ease. With this being my first time here, I am happy to say that I will definitely be back again!
